Why Pressed Steel Tank?

According to the usage areas of our customers, we can offer and produce modular water tanks with AISI 304-316 quality and hot-dip galvanizing alternatives. Stainless steel tanks should be preferred as drinking and using water because they are resistant to rust, moss holding, odor generation and corrosion on the surface due to alloy and layer. According to TSE 304 criterion, stainless steel tanks were determined in accordance with drinking water. When periodical of stainless steel tanks service is made according to the appropriate instructions, you can continue to use your product safely for many years. In this regard, we strongly recommend that all customers comply with TSEN 1508 norms.

Galvanized products are generally applied as garden irrigation, fire water, storm water storage  warehouses except drinking and using water.

Our products are designed for drinking water. You should absolutely check your water quality periodically. In addition, well water with high conductivity can damage the product in a short time and you must take precautions to well water.

LOWER COSTS

Modular water tanks are economical products in terms of transportation costs. Because the materials are all in pieces and they do not cover large volumes at the point of transport. Also we use cold forming method with press machine, in this way we can use thin sheet and all parts of sizes and weights can be transported by human power.

All of the modular water tanks are prepared in pieces. These pieces are assembled at the installation site without any welding operation. The materials properties are not deteriorated because the products are combined without welding. For this reason, the corrosion do not take place in the modular water tanks like the ones combined with welding.

EASY INSTALLATION
The delivery of the modular water tanks is done by installing in the last usage area. So you can use the product even in the most difficult moments of reach. You do not have to breake walls or tiles at loft because all the parts are in small sizes. You can easily use the product under the stairs, between the lofts, in the boiler rooms, in the low-ceiling car parks, in the blocks like the old reinforced concrete water tanks, in brief, every area that can be reached by the people.

Modular water tanks may be delivered in an assembled condition if there is adequate space and sufficient equipment.

REUSABILITY & EASY REPAIR

You can use modular water tanks again and again. If you want to make changes to your existing space or move to a new location, you can do this with reduced costs because of its ability to be disassembled and assembled. Or, if your needs change in the future, you can increase or decrease your storage capacity by using your existing water tank materials. 

If any part of the modular water tank is damaged due to any reason, only the damaged part can be replaced and the product can be used again. You will not have to pay high costs on this way.
